In the event that any subscription with or account on MythicWars.com is terminated by Martin Lavigne for any of the reasons given above, you agree that you will not attempt to access or create another account of any kind on MythicWars.com again, unless express written consent is given by Martin Lavigne. In the event that you access MythicWars.com or create another account of any kind on MythicWars.com after Martin Lavigne has removed an account of yours, Martin Lavigne reserves the right to perform any or all of the actions outlined in the above paragraph.

MythicWars.com may not be used to post or send any message(s) or material that is unlawful, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, hateful, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. Any material that could violate any municipal, state, federal, or international laws is strictly prohibited. What material is objectionable is determined solely by Martin Lavigne, who reserves the right to remove any material posted by other users onto MythicWars.com that he deems inappropriate.

MythicWars.com settlement names, hero names, and kingdom names may not contain any profane, sexual, or otherwise offensive language. What language is offensive is determined solely by Martin Lavigne, who reserves the right to delete or alter any names and/or accounts involved in creating names within MythicWars.com that he considers offensive. If a particular group finds any content submitted by a user of MythicWars.com to be offensive, they may notify the MythicWars.com administration and a judgement of whether or not to remove or alter the sumbitted information will be made solely by the MythicWars.com administration.

MythicWars.com may not be used to impersonate any other person or group, whether real or otherwise.

MythicWars.com may not be used to distribute or provide links to illegal material of any kind. Any material that violates any municipal, state, federal, or international laws may be removed at the sole discretion of Martin Lavigne.

The MythicWars.com administration reserves the right use and/or modify in any form any information that you submit to MythicWars.com on the forums or elsewhere within the website, which includes, but is not limited to, your settlement name, any usernames, kingdom name, forum posts, in-game messages and e-mail addresses. By sumbitting information to MythicWars.com, you waive any rights you have over the submitted material and provide full rights worldwide to Martin Lavigne to do anything in any form with the submitted information, in whole or in part.

By using MythicWars.com in any way, you are expressly agreeing that any use of MythicWars.com, including but not limited to any services, digital content, contests, products, digital products and accounts, is at your own risk.
